Hillarys

I've just spent £678 on roman blinds for my living room, the so called professional fitter left a dent in my wall (no where near the blinds) and left drill dust on my window sill and the floor. Less than a week after my living room was decorated, which wasn't cheap either!!! After I phoned to complain, after the amateur fitter had originally denied putting a hole in my recently decorated wall he then admitted it to his superiors.. After and initiall positive response to my complaint, and after trying to contact hillarys 2 weeks after the damage, I have heard nothing.. I'm very disappointed with the service service hillarys provided, so I recommend that anyone wanting blinds to use a professional company. I do not want anyone from hillarys inside my house again!! Amateurs in my humble opinion!!!

I paid over £1500 for my conservatory blinds from Hillarys. I rang the company to say that the slats were falling from the rails and their response was that they did not do repairs and that I would need new rails fitted. I emailed them a week ago and have heard nothing.This was most disappointing as the blinds had only been up 5 years. I expected much more from Hillarys and will not be using them again. I would not even give them one star for their customer service but unfortunately the system will not take no star.
