Our experience with the shop has been great. There was guidance through the entire renting process which helped on our choice on what house to choose as well as getting everything prepared. Being students in a house of 6: any and all problems or queries we’ve had have been sorted out very quickly when it comes to the property. Highly recommend, especially if students looking to rent a property in the area.

I have always had a good service from SPS. Most recently I have dealt with Jake and Sue. They are both professional, courteous and want to assist landlords in sorting out any problems or tenants issues quickly. Thoroughly recommended.

Seems all the honest reviews have been deleted . My own personal experience with Stoke property show was anything but pleasant .Nice enough during formalities so you sign the contract but once that’s done good luck they’ll make your life hell given the chance .Any concerns are brushed aside and told that your loan is for rent not for anything else which is false .The staff they employ need a lesson in manners and etiquette and presume just because we’re students we’re gullible idiots and none the wiser .I at one point when I had concerns regarding my room was spoken too in such a manner on the phone I was visibly shaken , led to my mum taking the phone and when she asked what on earth was going on the tone changed and told they’d only speak to me not my parents .Literally preying on students hoping they know nothing .Also received numerous threats when I wasn’t in the property as it was in such a state that I preferred saying on a friends sofa then live in the Property and told on the phone I should be there when I clearly explained it wasn’t inhabitable.Led me to leaving early and thankfully I found another room rather quickly .Advice to any students either rent privately or with a different agencyUpdateHiWith regards to my review it is regarding your business as I rented with yourselves three years ago . I dealt with a member of staff by the name of Tom Cullinan , I’m aware that he’s now left but frankly him and the rest of the staff were appalling when dealing with issues . I’ve never dealt with such rude and incompetent people in my life . Letting out a sub standard property and it lacking basic safety precautions and when explaining any issue being spoken down too but expect rent to be paid which is hypocritical. Just seems an automatic response to protect your image when you couldn’t care less about your tenants just interested in making money for yourselves .

This review is for the maintenance bloke who has been my households saint and saviour. He has been out on multiple occasions and has arrived the same day if not the next. All issues I have had with my current house have been fixed by him and he truly does go above and beyond to help and to get problems solved. Brilliant work and brilliant bloke.

Jake and sue have been a huge help to me for this and next year accom :) I came to them after becoming homeless and they got me a house within the week, my house is lovely and they've been a huge help with and my friends finding a place for next year. I am eternally grateful
