I've had multiple treatments such as hopi ear candles, hot stones, aromatherapy, massage and mist most recently reiki from Lou over the years.She's extremely friendly, professional and I wouldn't ever go anywhere else! Highly recommend.

Unbelievable massage with Lou. Been suffering with terrible neck and shoulder pain, Lou's brilliant technique melted away my pain. Couldn't recommend her highly enough. True relaxation and such a genuine and kind person, a rare find. Can't wait for my next appointment.

Lou gives the most amazing massages. She leaves plenty of time for each client before and after your treatment so an hour's treatment is genuinely an hour of massage, not 40 mins. She knows how to put people at ease and make them comfortable. Every time I have a treatment with her you could pour me into a glass afterwards I'm that relaxed!

She takes the time to really get to know you so that she can help to the best of her ability and focus the treatments to your specific needs. She is one of the most personable people I've met in a long time - and does amazing treatments too!!

Amazing! Lou is a delight and amazing at her work. I've had a couple of hot stone massages and thoroughly enjoyed each one. The room set up is super cosy and gives off a really relaxed atmosphere. Would definately recommend Lou for all your message needs!

Lou has got some magic skills, she has the ability to make you feel amazing.The space she has created is so therapeutic and she seems to instinctively know what you need. That's not to say she hasn't worked hard to learn the theory behind her craft but Lou has that rare talent of making it seem effortless.Take advantage of the wealth of knowledge this woman has, she can even mix you up a bespoke essential oil blend to take away with you for a very competitive price.I can't recommend her enough.

Have just had my very first treatment ever.. I booked the stress relief package, and all I can say is wow. From the minute I stepped through the door Lou put me at ease.. I've never felt so comfortable with someone I've never met before. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. Everything.. From the music.. To the decor and mostly Lou relax you from beginning to end.. I can't recommend Lou enough. Ooh.. Don't forget the hot stones... So nice. Lou.. Thank you so much. You are truly an amazing woman with amazing hands and a beautiful soul.. I will be back x

Lou is incredible! I honestly couldn't recommend her to others enough. She immediately makes you feel comfortable, safe and relaxed and just has a warm presence about her. Usually every time I finish an appointment with Lou, I make sure I have my next booked in straight after!
