New store following move from Market gate location. Bigger, spacious, more choice. Great range of footwear at affordable prices and branded shoes at competitive market price.Helpful, friendly customer service.Bought a pair of chelsea boots to replace pair I got 3 yrs ago. They're good quality, well made, stylish, good value and durable.

First time shopper at Shoe Zone. Pleasantly surprised at the range of shoes & sandals available, especially those branded ones already familiar to me. Good customer service from Lancaster store manager/supervisor(Mandy) when I encountered a problem. Efficient, reliable, excellent communication. When Customer Services were slow in responding, Mandy’s patience & perseverance provided an eventual resolution. Thank you.
