I was told about this company by a friend and decided to order a part from them. The staff member that ordered the part for me was aware that I wasn’t a trader or a taxi driver. I was told that the part would be available on a certain day. I went to pick the part up and the counter was closed and I was told on the phone to collect it the next day. I called the company to make sure that the part was ready to be collected the next morning and I was told to come and collect it. I went to collect the part and I was told that they cannot serve me because I’m not a trader or a taxi driver.I will never be using this company again and I will make sure that none of my family or friends will use them. Absolutely shocking service and complete time wasters. I would give them 0 out of 10 because they are a joke of a company. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Part was ordered yesterday and picked up today, rang earlier to find out if it was ready for collection was told yes. Came in spoke to a friendly gentleman and paid and collected. All in all a very good service.

Good service after Audi sent me because they didn't have part in stock ,but when I got part back to garage it didn't fit even though computer had matched my car reg .

Was unsure of the part I needed and Tyler helped me out and got me the correct bit. Would recommend to anyone.

This place prices go up and down daily , but generally has most vw group parts .

Rip off merchants!Sold broken parts and now refusing to refund saying I have to fit them to my car and book in at a main dealer (min 6 week wait) for them to even consider a warranty claim. Meaning I will be without a car for all that time, and have to pay them for the privilege.Avoid at all costs
