A fair length single track to get there once you turn up Ulyett Lane. More parking space than expected. Easy to find entrance. A nice building

Went there to play billiards over the 2 nights we played 6 games and won 13 - 9 so it was the best night of billiards this year for Beckingham billiard team.

Great facilities in a nice setting, lots of room with adequate parking outside and prices for using the venue are also very good. Lane down to it is a single track so you have to drive down it carefully.
