The staff are warm and welcoming even through the faceless masks. The animals were treated extremely well and were well looked after. Add onto that fantastic pricing and you have a really top notch vet right on our doorstep (if you live in Lyneham of course). Very impressed and would highly recommend to any pet owner.

Three times now I have showed up on time, if not early to an appointment scheduled over a week before to find no vet is there just a kind, apologetic receptionist. I have a feeling if this was the other way around I’d be charged for their time…They’ve proven to be very unreliable which is a shame because the vets are all really great but I have booked time off work three times to see them and for nothing. I will be switching to Purton Vets after today.

Have to say this is a fantastic vets, when we came back to the area with an elderly dog she was checked over, when she sadly passed away they were amazing even in covid times and gave us time with her.Fast forward 6 months and we have a new addition to the family and we have chosen this vet again.No pushy sales tactics to buy food or extra bits, just a genuinely lovely vets, I'd recommend anyone go here with their furry family members.
