Couldn't recommend The Ivory Room enough, such an amazing experience!I was so nervous about coming to try on wedding dresses but Victoria made me feel instantly at ease. I had absolutely no idea what I wanted but with the most beautiful range of dresses and Victoria's helpful guidance, we found the most perfect dress for me.So pleased to have found my dress and so excited to wear it on the day. Thank you so much for making this process so relaxing and special so far, can't stop smiling!

Victoria was absolutely fantastic, I cannot recommend enough. She was so helpful all the way through absolutely amazing experience and the dress was just amazing so many people commented on the dress itself. Also found my daughters flower girl dress with Victoria, again could not recommend enough

I said yes to the dress with at the Ivory Room recently and couldn’t recommend it more. Had a great experience for both visits, first of all for trying on dresses with my bridesmaids and the next for ordering and finalising. Victoria was so lovely and friendly but also really professional in how helpful she is. She had great suggestions with absolutely no pressure and made it a really exciting experience.

Update: I just wanted to update my review now we have some wedding photos to share! Thank you so much to Victoria and and seamstress Rachel for putting together the perfect dress! It was the perfect dress to switch from day to evening with a removable bandeau top, and the bow looks amazing in the pics. Thank you so much again for all your help!(Old: Victoria was so lovely and made the whole experience of finding a dress perfect from start to finish. At 6ft 2 I was so nervous about finding a dress but she was so helpful and there were already plenty of dresses long enough which surprised me! I have just bought my dress from here for a wedding in August in 2022 and the selection and service was amazing. Definitely recommend!)

Victoria could not have been more helpful when I visited The Ivory Room, she sent me an extensive list of dresses before I visited so that she could have some waiting for me to when I arrived. I was apprehensive before I arrived but Victoria instantly made me feel at ease, she encouraged me to try on a range of different styles and was so knowledgeable when I asked any questions. Highly recommend!

I visited Victoria at The Ivory Room on the 28th April 2023, after following her on Instagram for quite some time. I loved the style of the dresses that she shares on there.I had never set foot in a bridal shop let alone tried a wedding dress on and although I was very excited, I was also very nervous. From the moment I got there with my bridal party, Victoria made me feel very at ease. She is very welcoming and the whole experience is very personal as you're the only client in the boutique for the whole appointment so you have her undivided attention. This is something that drew me to The Ivory Room as they only do private appointments.I had an idea of what I liked but when I put dresses on, what I thought I wanted changed. Victoria listened to everything that my bridal party and I were saying and was able to find me my dream dress! The rumours are true and you do feel a connection with a dress. I always thought this was rubbish.Victoria is an angel and so patient. She makes you feel like a princess and I cannot wait to pick my dress up from her.
