Our repairman was very helpful. He fully explained the problem with our fridge to us and carried out what turned out to be a complex repair job. He was very punctual and let us know when he was on his way in advance. I'd recommend this company for quick and effective service.

Terrible, stay well clear of this conman, fridge broke 20mins after he fixed, came back and demanded more money and said there was more faults that he did not diagnosed. Very rude and unprofessional, stay well clear if you dont want to be ripped of. Clearly making up stuff as he goes along to charge customers more, threatened to smash up the fridge if we did not pay what he demanded. 1 star rating is generous for this man

Engineer name is Ali he is very professional and quick did fix my freezer Room The problem was defrost system faulty make he changes control temperature and rewiring great fantastic job and a reasonable price I do recommend this company to all friends and everyone.Thanks

DO NOT USE THIS GUY HE IS A CON ARTIST AN WILL RIP YOU OFF BIG TIMEThis guy is not a company or a trusted engineer he makes up jobs and makes up ridiculous prices an exspects people to pay his made up prices an made up work he says hes carried out i have now learnt my lesson an am warning everyone else to not fall into being a victim to this con artist in the future.his previous reviews are all fake no way does he do a good job or charge the right price for a job that needs to be done. He will try an bleed every penny he can out of you so please stay well away for your own good

Do not use! Extremely unprofessional. Takes your money with no hesitation and doesn't fix the problem. Paid him to fix my fridge. The job he did didn't last one hour. He came back and said more work had to be done and wanted more money. Paid him again to fix the fridge. He claims he done a great job. Fridge broke again a few days later. If you want your fridge fixed, call a professional who actually does a good job and doesnt rob you, not this guy!!

I came back from holiday on Saturday morning. As soon as I got home, I realised my fridge wasn't working (both refrigerator and freezer) so I called many places, but they wouldn't serve docklands let alone on a Saturday. This guys came in with no hesitation and fixed our problem. They are efficient and reliable.Thanks for your service!

Fantastic service, honest and genuine about what repairs were needed to my fridge - saved me a lot of money as I didn't need to get a new one! Ali was extremely helpful and well mannered and even cleaned up the mess afterwards. Would recommend to anyone.

Ali was very professional and clearly experienced in quickly identifying what was wrong with the fridge, and is one of the few repair services in London that will do outcalls on weekends (including Sundays!).Costing was very fair when I compared online.Quick turnaround for weekend installation of replacement part within a day of calling them. 5-star service.
