Great local company, great prices (mostly cheaper than ordering online with delivery!), hired a cake stand for my wedding cake - looked amazing, ordered months in advance and they fulfilled the order perfectly.

I ordered from this shop late Saturday afternoon, very helpful lady. Went in to pick up Monday morning 5 minutes after it had opened. Lady was putting money in the till, didn't look up or acknowledge me when I walked in. Stood by the counter, still no acknowledgement.Stood and waited till she had finished, she looked at me, no hello, good morning, nothing. I explained what I was there to collect, she walked off to get it. There was 1 other customer in the shop, a gentleman who said if I didn't have to get this for my daughter I would have walked out!. I said to him, disgusting customer service and agreed if I didn't need the item I too would of left. This is the last time I use your shop. I would rather pay more online than be ignored so rudely.

This is the best cake shop in the whole of East Anglia! I have been making a cake for my other half 33rd birthday. From walking in there you are greeted warmly by a lady and she couldn't be more helpful! They make cakes/decorate them for you, you can rent cake tins all different sizes with a cheap price of 1.25 a day! All types of cake boards, icing, stands, printing logos, and mini figures to go on top of the cakes. Over all I couldn't fault this shop. They offer advice if your baking your own, and are super friendly! I 100% will be returning again!

I bought a princess castle cup cake stand. This is the most horrible looking stand ever. This Cup cake stand is meant to be beautiful, but it came very faded, squashed, about 3 sides already with bended lines. Now this is not a postage problem because the post was well packaged and the postman delivered it safely. It was the Cup cake stand itself. Looks used, badly made, old and faded like its been in the sun for years and infact I felt like crying when I received it. Returning it means I have to post back with a fee, I wil loose my postsge fee already paid to deliver too. I will avoid this site. I feel so upset and feel so disappointed. I read review here first and that was why I trusted ordering from the site but I have never felt so disappointed in my life. I will never use this horrible looking thing for my child's birthday. No wonder the picture of the cupcake stand was not made clear on the site. I should have seen rhe red flag. I will avoid ordering here in future. Really sad
