Excellent advice given

Gave me advice that would've made me homeless when reporting my crack dealing neighbour. Zero stars but one given to make this warning possible to others to not use this service.

Extremely instrumental in resolving my housing situation which was horrific due to very inconsiderate neighbour which caused health issues. Patience and understanding was in abundance here and the whole process was made as stress free as possible considering the circumstances .
