Brilliant Greggs, everything tables etc very clean. They didnt have the ham salad baguettes we wanted so the lady asked her colleague to make us one each, which was done and they were delicious, very much aporeciated. The service was excellent. Thank you to Kimberly and Courtney.

The biggest jobs worth I’ve ever come across in my life, ordered 2 magic bags from 2 good to go , drove 15 minutes to get there got there in plenty of time of collection with the codes in hand, woman behind the till refused to give me the food because the app wasnt in my hand only a screenshot of the picture even though clearly stated the code and had the persons who app it was on the phone , just continually saying that “she can’t” asif she is physically unable as a human being to pass the food to me that I can clearly see and have paid for , asked what she would then being with the food that I had supposedly “saved” and she says it will go back on sale til 5pm?? Was already 16.40, just an unbelievable experience in how to make something wayyy more difficult and unpleasant than it needs to be

Need to train your staff correctly, who in their right mind bags up a steak bake and a vanilla slice cake in the same small bag/packet... food ruined
