Wollaston BMW

1st trip to BMW after my purchase earlier this year. The service from the entire team is incredible. They go above and beyond to help. Let's face facts, buying a BMW isn't cheap, and you have to expect that their costs are going to be higher than other dealers. That said, I am extremely pleased with my purchase. This dealership knows their stuff, far better than other dealer in the area with the star target on the bonnet.

This is a great dealership; I recently sold my car with help from Darren who then arranged for the outstanding finance to be settled and for me to receive the residual equity pay-out. Darren was extremely helpful and professional and made the entire process as smooth as possible. He also ensured that the process was completed very quickly and efficiently which was exactly what I needed. Highly recommended.

After a visit to 2 different dealers and having no luck with getting my car fixed with a warning light. Took it to BMW Northampton and fixed and now can enjoy. Great service. Very welcoming and special shout out to Nickola in service team.

Contacted BMW Wollaston after seeing a car on auto trader. Dan got back to me with all the details and a videos I needed. He got my finance approved that day and picked up the car a few days after. Dan made the sale go smoothly and was very helpful. Great customer service and very friendly.

I think most of us are not big fans of cars sales men! I must say my experience with this dealership was absolutely fantastic! Roger helped me through out the part exchange and they went beyond to ensure I am happy with my purchase. I also used the workshop service to paint the car wheels and I am very happy with the result! I would use their services again when I am in the market.

Brilliant service from Paul J!!! I tend quite wary when buying a new car as I've had bad experiences in the past. But Paul answered all of my questions with so much patience, i cannot thank him enough! It was a seamless process from start to finish. Paul was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. Got a brand new bmw x1 on lease at the begining of June, the car a month later had to go in for an update, once we got the car back 2 weeks later we starting having problems, we rang the service team and the lady who delt with us was amazing, very helpful especially with the car coming back 4 more times for the same problem we where told had been fixed, we have requested for a replacement but bmw Wollaston is stating they need to do more investigation. I don’t see how many times a car needs to come in to yourselves for the same problem which no one can seem to fix!! The car is masked of the problem for a few days and then it returns, I feel a bunch of 12yr olds could fix the problem better then their technical team.

Really good BMW dealership that definitely breaks the stereotype. I bought a second hand BMW approved" motorcycle from them and I really recommend everyone looking further away than London. Despite spending on a 2017 model substantially less than those who walk out with brand new GSA or K series

Took my car in for a recall and they left dents and scratches all down the side of the doors and oily grubby marks all over the cream leather interior. When approached about it, the manager's response was prove it was us". When I asked to see any video footage from the service bay

I dealt with Mark French for my car purchase and could not have asked for more. I bought an Audi for my last car and the customer service was awful, every time I called. My experience with Wollaston was very different and I was very surprised at how good the service was. Even after I bought my car, I called Mark a few times and he was so helpful and called me back within minutes if he missed my call. Will recommend to anyone and will definitely get my next car from there again.
