We ordered a built in fire from here, and the service from start to finish was SO good. I was contacted to confirm the order, along with letting me know the updated version of my fire had just been released. He let me know when I would receive the upgraded version by, along with what to expect on the day the courier would deliver etc. The product was very well packaged and the courier team on the day were really helpful. We've now got it fitted and all works perfectly and looks stunning. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you

We’ve had a great experience with Stoke Flame, there was a really good deal on the fireplace, hearth and wooden look beam. We were in the shop choosing for quite some time so a big thank you to Mario for all of his patience and advice with our many questions - his great customer service definitely made the sale! The log burner we purchased is an ex-display in perfect condition. The fitter he assigned to us is fab and the communication from Mario has been great all round. Really pleased with Stoke Flame all in all!

We can't wait to have the fire and fireplace fitted that we've chosen.Luke, who dealt with us, was extremely helpful and friendly. He showed us a variety of fire's and fireplaces to choose from. He left us to ponder the best fit for our requirements and was ready to take our order when we were ready.When we have had it fitted, I will be happy to show the finished job by posting a picture.Until then, thank you so much for all your help.

There is so much to choose from, I was surprised how realistic electric fires appear these days. We were helped to choose exactly what we wanted and it seemed no time at all and it was job done.we are really happy with the result and would recommend a visit for anyone looking to change their fireplace/fire. The sales person Mario was extremely helpful and knowledgeable nothing was to much trouble. He even advised us on different options he came across as if he was our personal advisor, looking forward to our delivery. I would recommend stoke flame to anyone thinking of buying or replacing their old fire place.

We received excellent service from multiple members of the team here. The person we dealt with most was Mario, who was so friendly, informative and patient. He made the process far easier and we felt more than comfortable asking for his advice. We had many visits throughout the week, largely due to the fact they had so many lovely products it was really hard to choose! We now can’t wait to have our lovely fire installed, thank you to everyone at Stoke Flame!
