On hand to help whether it be do it online service or calling them direct. Had a few issues with my own property but they get sorted within a reasonable time frame

My Son and I both suffer from Mental Health problems. We have been bidding for over 2 yrs for council property. We have recently been served with an eviction notice and should have been out of this property since 21st of Jan 2020.The Landlord first tried to serve us with section 21 notices and Wolverhampton Homes chose to ignore them.And now that the Landlord has served us with a section 8 they continue not to help.I suffered from long term sickness from work for 6 months and got into arrears with the rent. Wolverhampton Homes have been creating barriers and now have excluded me from visiting the offices.This service clearly lacks humility and consideration for its vulnerability members of it Wolverhampton community. This agency looks to be designed to push away as many people as possible and neglect their duties.I have complained time and time again of their poor understanding of our circumstances and now feel it's time to bring this to the media.They seriously need to be investigated as they frustrate those in need and make our circumstances worse. I have asked time and time again to speak to Managers who refuse to talk to the general public in person.I urge all those that suffer from poor customer service to do the same. I want the management team to be held accountable for their poor management skills and inability to train members of there staff to help vulnerable people.They expect us to know the housing laws and regulations without trying to explain or give proper straight forward advise.I continue to suffer and I am off sick again due to the distress this homeless issue.They should be held accountable for causing distress and pay costs for their negligence!!

Was told I would be having a kitchen but in September haha October and nothing been done, well not even heard from them, been in this house 30 years never had eneythink done.

Absolute disgrace, do not care for their customers in any way whatsoever, they have been messing myself and my disabled dad around for 2 years putting up obstacles the whole way causing immense debt and arrears that are almost impossible to get on top of. They dont even communicate between their own departments and have no idea what's going on most the time. They should be taken to court for taking advantage of a vulnerable adult.

No help at all, been reporting a problem with the brick work on the building for months now and there are still bricks falling from the walls, they will not fix this issue. Waste of time.

I was on the phone for 2 hours before they answered. The problem still hasn't been resolved. Absolutely terrible service

Got nuffin to say about the council apart from thay am good at wasting your time on the fone.

Was on the queue for 45 minutes. When was my turn they disconnected and this is not first time which happened to me

8 years on their property list, band 1, I’ve bid on 3 houses every week for 8 YEARS. Not one single offer…

This social housing group is prejudice they offer homes to certain groups of people in deprived areas only I have been on the list 3years now and never had a selection of homes to bid thats been decent. all of them have been in deprived areas they ask your ethnic group for a reason .I spoke to them about this on the phone and sked about inclusion on there panels they became very defensive with me ..
