This place is a must visit if you are having a stone worktop, very helpful and a fantastic choice. I would highly recommend a visit before choosing a worktop.

Having used this company before, when I had my kitchen redone, I naturally went back to them for my granite. I went to the showroom as I had done previously and chose my specific slab, as natural material can be so different from piece to piece.However when the fabricator brought my completed worktop to fit, it wasn’t the piece I had chosen. I rang and explained the issue, to be told the piece I had originally chosen was still sat in the warehouse with my name on it.They agreed to send it to the fabricators and pay compensation for it refabricating and fitting, admitting it was their oversight, which I was over the moon about as I wouldn’t be out of pocket. However, when it came time they sent the slab but James, one of the owners refused to pay for it refabricating, even though it was him who had originally dealt with me when choosing the slab of granite. Which has meant that I have had to pay twice for my worktops cutting and fitting through no fault of my own.All in all a very disappointing experience from a company I had dealt with before and had recommended several times…

Fantastic site with a huge amount of slabs to choose from. Dan and Russ were a great help and very patient as we wanted to look at every slab in the Matrix Gold range. Can’t wait to have them fitted.

We went to Istones on the suggestion of our granite fitter for our new kitchen, and couldn’t have felt more welcomed by James and the team. The stock they hold is incredibly impressive, and they were happy to let us look around and compare different slabs. We were really pleasantly surprised with the prices and we came away with 2 different possibilities. We can’t wait to have the granite fitted! Mat has got a hidden gem with this business! What a fantastic selection of natural stone. I purchased my marble worktops from here, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and I couldn’t be happier with the result! Would highly recommend!

Difficult to find but worth the effort. Ed showed us exactly the granite we wanted and went to the trouble of moving slabs around so we could choose the exact one we wanted. Excellent service, thanks Ed.
