From first contact, Rob and team were professional, reliable and honest.We had a detailed discussion about my cleaning requirements over the phone. The subsequent quote was sent on the same day. On the day of the clean itself, Rob took me through the job once again so we could decide on what was needed. Before and after photos (and videos) provided too!Highly recommended.

Unfortunately not a good experience for me. For £750 and a service sold specifically as an after-build clean, I expected not to find multiple bits of plaster on window frames/doorframes/steps, and paint bleeds on the edges of cabinets etc. Stickers left on radiators. To their credit the company returned after the initial complaint and seemed to rectify some of the issues, but it still wasn’t perfect and there was insufficient detail. My second complaint was roundly ignored despite a couple of follow ups.I understand how difficult it is to clean to an immaculate standard after builders have been in, but this is the service they’re selling. Indeed, the company’s social media explicitly calls out things like removing paint marks as part of the service.All the problems I’m describing were sorted out by me in the days following the job with water, a finger and an eye for detail.There was a team of 5 in my property for 6 hours, so that’s effectively 30 hours billed at £25 per hour. For that, I expected it to be immaculate but I had to finish the job myself.

I needed to organize an end of tennancy clean at short notice. Rob was extremely helpful with excellent communication. The clean was carried out to a very high standard. I would highly recommend.

Very professional and thorough deep clean of our property. The team of four worked tirelessly the whole day and Rob showed me all the work at various points to ensure I was completely happy. Rob and his team did a deep clean on our property after a 6 month renovation. It's fair to say after an almost complete rebuild, every surface was covered in muck, dirt & dust!
