Have a leak thats ruined my floor. He came round and said he could fix it. Lovely guy, great quote BUT 3 times I waited in and he didnt turn up. Eventually he arrived to do the job. That evening the leak started again and was much worse than originally. I got in contact straight away as we had paid him. He said he would come around to fix it but didnt turn up. That was 3 days ago, ive left messages and not had a reply to any of them and in the meantime my floor is getting wetter and wetter. More than happy for him to do the job if he can, and understand bigger jobs may take precedence, just would like to be informed if he isnt going to turn and be told when he is going to turn up or if he feels the job is beyond his capabilities then refund my money and tell me so I can find someone else. Feeling really upset and disappointed.

Had a leak in my kitchen causing damp and damage to the inside wall. Called zains property maintenance who came out that day and found that it was exterior wall damage. It was fixed on the day, very good service, would use again. Very reasonable price.

Hired them for building a wooden shed with polycarbonate roofing.. before the start the carpenter and the proprietor parted ways due to their internal financial problems...the proprietor never bothered to visit the site nor answer the phone neither guide the carpenter and his team to complete the work properly...as a result the work was very badly done...highly unprofessional finish, badly done job with the roof leaking with slightest drizzle...this now requires another professional to come in and rectify the same...Wastage of materials and loss of money ... these guys should never be trusted to do any work.

do not use this cowboy priced job to strip walls and plaster and paint never turned up when he said plus wrecked my wood floor in the end threw he off the job and got someone else to put right
