DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE SCREEN REPAIRED HEREActually awful, I've now lost all my files, photos, everything, thanks to this place. I initially came here about 1 month or so ago in order to get my phone screen fixed. After it being fixed, I realized that my screen was starting to act erratically, pressing random things by itself, etc. I then took the phone back to be looked at, the second type it was 'fixed', it's been even worse. If I left it in my pocket, I would take it out to be met by 'Try again in 10, 20, 30 minutes', this would happen quite often, to the point that yesterday night I went to sleep for about 9 hours, and woke up to 'Your iPhone has been disabled'. As I said, I've now lost absolutely everything I had on my phone as I've now had to reset it to factory defaults, and the best part is that I paid £60+ for this service. Don't worry though, I'll be returning tomorrow for the money. If you search anywhere online for 'iPhone screen repair iPhone disabled', you'll see a number of articles addressing this issue, where the phone screen has been replaced for some extremely cheap piece of material.I came here due to the good reviews, but honestly, after my experience I would never recommend coming here, no words

Popped in today and got the glass replaced on the back of my s21 Ultra. The guy there was really helpful and fixed it all in 20 minutes. Really happy with the service and price.

Had a problem with my screen protector not wanting to come off he offered to do it for free but then realised it would take a bit longer than he first thought. He had to use some tools to slowly pick away at it. He gave me a quote for how much it was gonna cost (which was alot lower than what he should of offered) then he told me to come back in 2 hours, I came back and he told me this is gonna take slightly longer, as he wanted to be very cautious when removing it and not damage the screen underneath. I came back the next day he kept the same quote as that is what we agreed on and there were no visible scratches left behind. Would recommend if you want a quality service done, may not have been the fastest service but definitely would rather have quality over speed.

I don't recommend it, I changed the phone battery at them, the battery they installed was worse than the original phone battery, I came back to report the problem, and the person who changed my battery said that I have a problem with the phone, no it's because of the battery, I changed the battery in another service and the phone works normally. £49 lost...

Very speedy repairs, and nice staff. BUT the screen that I had replaced because it was smashed; is saturated in colour (screen calibration won't fix it) and the screen will occasionally become unresponsive - or at least not respond how you would expect.The scroll sometimes studders. Maps zooms out rather than scrolls. Often unable to close apps because the home button fails. Very disappointed.I have to reset my phone 3 times a week to get the screen to respond how I want it too.

I do not want to put negative reviews to anyone but I’m going to explain what happened to me here . After they changed my phone screen for £250 (( guarantee )) and took it back 3 times because the screen didn’t work properly , the last time guy said please don’t bring it back next time can’t do anything with it , what I have to do now put my iPhone xmas into the bin , and get another one cost me £1300 in this situation, very very disappoint.
