Bravissimo

I hadn't been fitted for a bra for some years, but the girl made me feel comfortable and listened to what I wanted. I was measured by sight (so no awkward measuring tape), and I now have 2 lovely fitting bras, one of which I had to order, which came within a few days. Great service and would highly recommend it.

Went in looking for a sports bra today, the lady who helped me choose one was extremely helpful polite and friendly, she suggested I have a fitting which I told her I will be doing soon, definitely a repeat customer here!

Well stocked store with really helpful team. My only criticism is that it’s a bit unclear when it comes to fitting rooms. Even if you are happy shopping alone, you need staff to be available to help you. Quite a number of people came to the fitting rooms downstairs to be sent back up to desk to then be told to go back down again.

I had Josie yesterday measure me and find my the right bras. She was so helpful by giving me lots of different ones to try on and had written down another bra I liked that I will buy online. She made me feel so comfortable and gave me some good advice. I hate bra shopping at the best of times but she made it better! Thanks :)

Visiting family in Cambridge I took the opportunity to visit Bravissimo to casually ask about a fitting. The assistant was very rude and said they were fully booked, go to John Lewis!? I asked if I could try some bras on myself and she said I could but I couldn’t use the changing rooms as they were all being used for fittings. A little confused as to whether she was suggesting I try on in the middle of the store, I had a look around. I asked if they had any other sizes? The assistant said they had but she couldn’t be running backward and forwards looking for sizes for me, that was a runners job and they were all booked doing fittings! I usually frequent the store in Newcastle upon Tyne and I have never been spoken to in such a dismissive and abrupt manner. I walked out and went to John Lewis. They were also fully booked for fittings but the assistant there was extremely helpful and they made a sale. So here’s a shout out and 5 stars for John Lewis!

Not a great experience. I was visiting family in Cambridge about 2 weeks ago so decided to stop by the store. I found the assistant (particularly the 2nd one I encountered) to be quite dismissive, almost like I was bothering her or asking a ridiculous question. My mum was with me and she thought she was rude as well. Fittings were fully booked so I asked about a bra that could make my breasts look smaller or improve the shape. She just responded that we don't sell such here. It was dismissive and made me feel self conscious. I proceeded to look around myself but as I didn't know where to start and couldn't find my size, it wasn't pleasant and I didn't feel I could go back to ask. Very unhelpful. I know I will get a generic response but hopefully this review will prompt some sort of staff training on how to treat people.

What a fantastic experience I had with josie.she was so good at her job and I left with a completely different size and feeling fabulous. I hadn't booked a fitting and am so pleased it was offered to me.i have another bra on order as I loved it so much.josie was so busy but nothing was too much trouble. Her customer service skills are exceptional. We need more josies in shops

Highly recommend, I received great service and was made to feel extremely comfortable during my bra fitting. I asked many questions and also needed help finding a few things, this was done with ease and I wasn’t made to feel like a burden. They didn’t have one item in stock so arranged for this item to be delivered to my home. Highly recommend and will only be shopping here from now on!

I don't normal give 5 stars reviews.i was recommended to go and get fitted for bras as I have put weight on and my breasts have changed abit.They don't sit the same way.I went to the Cambridge Store.I walked in asked if it was possible to have a fitting.I was seen very quickly.It was a Friday.Emily was teaching Chloe and asked if OK for them to shadow.Which was fine.No measuring tape in sight,all done by eye.I was wearing a 38E bra.When I left,i felt so happy with my new bras and the experience.i came away being a size 34GG.I will be buying from them again.Thank you

i popped in the other day and was able to do a walk-in fitting with jude! i’ve been a bra fitter myself for a few years and was excited to be fit for the first time in a while. jude was so helpful and knowledgeable, and helped me find something bright and fun in my size! thank you!!
