Nice open space with plenty of room to park and enjoy the area. Good local site for using astronomy equipment. Only downside are the occasional car meets that go on late at night. They don't bother you but loud revving engines don't mix well when you just want some peace.

As carparks go this one is fine ( although at time of writing there in currently maintenance work being carried out and half the parking spaces are unavailable), ideal for the lighthouse and Leasowe front
