Polite forklift driver, yard is unnecessarily small with grass areas and unused curbs making deliverys or collections difficult for access.H&S seems to be a big thing, don't really understand why drivers have to wait in cab when we could be moving posts or curtains whilst unloading to save time but good delivery point
