Rok-Ard Kickboxing
Rok-Ard Kickboxing is a wonderful team to be involved with. Georgia is a top class lead coach but also has the support from many other coaches who are just as enthusiastic.My 7 year old son has tried a few other classes locally but this one really impressed me. It's mixed ages and abilities but they all get really good guidance to help them along and everyone is so friendly.Thank you Rok-Ard :)

The perfect club for a friendly but hard working environment. All abilities attend and progress throughout their time; constantly being supported by the team. As well as fitness and kickboxing skills being developed, confidence, discipline and communication are also taught and improved within all lessons.Couldn’t recommend enough :)

We love sunday's training and Tuesday's sparing at Rok-Ard.Georgina and the coach's offer great enthusiasm and encouragement to learn new skills. The club has a lovely family atmosphere and is fun as well as being disciplined.

My daughter has been a member of Rok-Ard Kickboxing for a year. She loves it. Expert martial arts tuition is supplemented with the learning of valuable life skills such as discipline, punctuality, respect & self-control.We were welcomed into the Rok-Ard community last May and are regularly invited to take part in the busy social calendar (charity events, carnivals, barbecues, Xmas parties). My daughter was over the moon recently to achieve her yellow belt.The whole team of coaches and support staff are committed to providing the best experience for their students.A+++
