Hotel Chocolat

We visited Hotel Chocolat at Euston station and indulged in their milky hot chocolate which was a delight and hazelnut-flavored ice cream cone, a decently satisfying treat. The combination of rich chocolate and nutty notes left me with a delightful experience.

I have bought the chilli chocolates and really enjoyed them. Today I bought a coconut mylk, hot dark chilli chocolate - yum! I’m so pleased, it’s delicious and surprisingly not sickly. The team were delightful with big smiles. Highly recommend!

Asked for 2 normal billionaire sundaes and 1 without caramel syrup and the worker said that they’re not allowed to do that anymore. When I asked why, she said her manager said it’s something to do with nutrition which didn’t make sense to me at all. That used to be my favourite place to get ice cream but such a shame they’re forcing customers to buy what they don’t want to. Should be optional.

So glad to have found this gem, honestly. I’d travelled a few times from Euston before discovering that there was a Hotel Chocolat tucked away on the right side under the stairs. They also have great chocolates and gift boxes, ice cream, coffee, and hot chocolate mixes. I also love that the company is ethical, so they’re my go to.

The store is not very supportive and lack of communication management to the staffs who work at different shifts. I was asked to replace the machine at this store, and I did call them to rearrange another time when the original time became unavailable. They had confirmed that everything would be fine during the call. But when I arrived this morning, they did not allow me to change. And they even provided the feedback that I was bullying them when I did explain the situation, but they couldn't provide the replaced machine. I am not very satisfied with staffs who work at this store. Please try to avoid from this store. I often had a question why this store is always very quiet at a very good location whenever I pass by. I now understand the reasons on it. It is better to avoid this store. I do like hotel chocolate, but the customer service at this store is very poor.

I visited on Sunday afternoon with my daughter and the service was rather awful. The batista seemed like she did not want to serve anyone. I ordered a hot chocolate and it was far from the quality that I have experienced at other branches. Overall a very poor experience and I will certainly not be visiting this branch again. 0/10 I would hIghly recommend you consider an alternative venue

Nice place to buy beautiful gift packs, souvenirs or even a cup of coffee. Awesome service and courteous staff. Enjoyed my time here.

Today I witnessed some of the best customer service ever! The ladies behind the counter are most kind and considerate people. The lady in the wheelchair who you helped to the platform with her purchases is a lucky lady and your company should be very proud of your employees.

Had a lovely mint milkshake here yesterday, service was warm and helpful. Line was a bit confusing due to people waiting for their drinks in the same area, but the milkshake and service were more than worth the wait! Will come again if in the area
