Swan Walk Car Park

Very easy to navigate, slightly narrow on the ramps but not an issue really. Could do with more payment machines as these were always queueing. Kept in very good condition with clear signage, easy to find off the main road as well.

Plenty of space. Clean and tidy. Love the ease of payment when you leave.

Used it today, paid prior to driving out and the barrier opened up no problem. Nothing showing on my bank transactions though which seems odd.

Tight turns up ramps then coming back from shops in eve no steps from level 2 to level 1 had to literally walk down the car slopes without getting run over!

Spaces are too small and driving up the ramps…watch out for damaging your vehicle the corners are horrific

Wow as car parks go this is definitely one. I dont know if you have a dream central town car park pictured in your minds eye. But this place will help you reach that vision not achieve it but guide you to your own.

The ticketless system in operation at this car park is useless.On two occasions now I have been charged twice.Paid at one of the machines dotted around the car park or inside the shopping centre itself with the machine stating payment had been successful and then once at the exit barrier it is saying there is a fee to pay.This has happened on the last two occasions I have visited here!So you have to pay again in order to get out as you normally have a big queue of cars behind and nobody ever seems to answer the call button.Horsham District Council need to scrap this rubbish system and go back to tickets.... It was far more reliable and accurate.

Whenever you park here there is always a problem with the lifts. Today however the people in charge of this shopping centre have excelled themselves. Three out of the four lifts were out of action when we visited earlier today. For as long as I can remember there has always been at least one lift not working.Get it sorted!

I was charged twice for parking today. I paid at one of the machines outside Wilko (right hand machine looking at the two machines). I have a receipt for this. When leaving at the barrier it said payment had not been made. Numerous cars were behind me. It was extremely embarrassing. I had to get my bag and purse out and was charged £2.60 for the second time!! I pressed for a receipt but it did not come out!! I checked my bank statement online and I have been charged twice!! I would be grateful if someone could reply to this message with an email address for me to leave my details and copy of the receipt and bank statement so I can be given a refund.

The pay machine on the parking level 3/4 recognised my vehicle’s reg. but would not issue a receipt. Upon arrival at the exit, the barrier would not raise. The screen on the adjacent machine did not recognise my reg. plate!! It was reading “U” as “J”. The option to scan my receipt was obviously not open to me as the wretched machine on the parking level wouldn’t give a receipt so I had to pay twice. Utter scam as this has happened to others.
