We bought a 2017 westfield lodge in 2020 and as much as we love it we have been disappointed with the kitchen unit doors which have delaminated and during cold weather have started to split, over the last couple of days we have emailed customer care who have resolved this problem and agreed to replace all the doors. What a fantastic company to deal with. Cannot recommend Omar enough for customer after service. Their Lodges are extremely well built too.

Engineer Owen visited The Pines in North Wales today to do some Image Lodge adjustments.I'm being honest.... Owen was very helpful, efficient, conscientious and extremely loyal to his role... Ensuring we checked the work he had done before he left North Wales to attend another clients home near to Chester.Thank you Owen.
