So, I finally decided to sell my Porsche Macan. I tried going around to a few car places. Still, nowhere really knew much about the car until I went into Imperials and was greeted by a sales assistant called daniel. He was so helpful every step of the way; he didn't give me any hassle and had a good amount of knowledge of what kind of specs I had and did not have on my car, making me feel comfortable that I was in the right place sell my car! A week later, we organised pick up of the car and in one day simple process my car was fairly evaluated and discussed a final price. I was happy every step of the way xpudlnt recommend this branch enough!

Terrible service please avoid at all costs, wanted to trade my Porsche in with them which is worth around £38k and they offered £23k and said that’s all it’s worth hahahahaha even wbac offered so much more, they really take there time in getting back to you unless your buying a car, terrible service.

Avoid these crooks. Agreed to buy a car on the wednesday, was told via messagjng they had reserved it for me at 22,948. Offered to pay deposit to secure to which they said we cant as vehicle in workshop and not with the showroom". Thursday morning theyve put the price up by £1000 to 23

from an initially great experience I have been ignored for 16 months by Mason and his team.I purchased my Alfa Romeo Quadrifoglio in October 2021. It took 16 months to receive my V5 Log book. On purchase I paid nearly £1000.00 for road tax and luxury car tax. When I checked the DVLA system it became apparent that Imperials had taken my money and not taxed the vehicle as promised, they also didn’t send the log book which would have allowed me to purchase my own road tax. The system clearly states the vehicle has been untaxed since sept 2021I have chased them multiple times for a refund on the tax, they have chosen to ignore me and fob me off. They also advertised the vehicle as having two previous owners, the V5 states 4 previous owners.I will be submitting a small claims action immediately.

Independent garage selling top-end, three+ year old exotica and serious sports and luxury cars. Cars appear to be well-maintained, prime examples of their type, not high-mileage end of life stuff. Emerson Park site cramped to view vehicles, but a welcoming team who do not hard-sell, which is good. Also offered a no pressure test drive; again, a good sign. Remains to be seen if they offer competitive deals, but with the kinds of ££ cars they sell, I assume most customers won't be haggling too much in the margins?

There is something that family owned business bring to the table that other businesses can't. Imperials has history with the experience and knowledge that come from a family that have made this their livelihood.Good, friendly service. Easy to locate. I took my vehicle to sell there, although an issue arose (completely unavoidable) they took the time do a thorough check and explain the process.Would highly recommend.
