Previous companies sent by the house builders were unable to fix the problem. Josh was so thorough and super informative to us. P&R installed an air source heat pump at the house and from first contact with them to handover they were always willing to help and provide sound advice. The installers were friendly, clean and very helpful. Very happy and would gladly recommend.

What an absolutely amazing company this is. We had an Air Source Heat Pump installed in August 2022 and from the outset the customer service was second to none. From initial contact right through to commissioning, the office staff and installers were fabulous. They guided us through the whole process and couldn't have been more helpful. The installation was a big job as we needed a lot of old pipework replacing, but what a team; professional, courteous, clean working, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were a pleasure to have around. We are absolutely delighted with our new system, and what we thought was going to be quite a stressful time I can honestly say wasn't. But this is all down to this marvelous company. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of having any work done that they undertake.

So I went for this company after some research and I'm glad I did! From start to finish the job and workmanship was brilliant, kind friendly honest workers including the office staff. I got an ASHP complete with full piping and radiators fitted and whilst there was some small disruption it was noughting compared to what I thought it would be as they always tidyed up at the end off every day. As i did not want to take a cupboard space up they guys were helpful and managed to put all the internal system in my loft which is absolutely fantastic for my OCD. They started Monday and finished Friday lunch time. We'll done to all the team.

I cannot recommend Plumbing and Renewables highly enough. They have just fitted an Air Source Heat Pump, new hot water tank, new radiators and new pipe work throughout my house. And it's really warm!Jill and Mark clearly know their stuff and were able to help me easily understand both the heating system itself and the RHI process. And the team who installed the system were outstanding! They fitted the whole system, including the new pipe work under the floors, with no floors lifted (other than a hatch in a cupboard), no damage and no fuss! I'm amazed, delighted and incredibly thankful of the care they took.

Great communication from the outset when enquiring about a new heat pump.Prompt replies, explained everything about the product and were quick to carry out a survey of the property.The work began on time, The fitters were professional and left everything clean and tidy. A follow up visit to run through how everything worked, am extremely happy with the product and the service.Cannot rate this company high enough.First class service.

From initial quotation through to installation of our ASHP system, PARL's employees exhibited exceptional technical competence, professionalism and attention to detail. Mark and Jill are very knowledgable and diligent and the installation team Barry and Daniel were efficient, clean and tidy when going about their installation work, whilst observing vital covid hygiene arrangements. It was a pleasure to have work done by this company, and have no hesitation in recommending them.

It is just over two years ago that I started to liaise with Plumbing & Renewables to replace the conventional oil boiler based heating system in our house with an air-source heat pump system. And if you don't want to read the full review the summary is: they are brilliant.I have a background in engineering so I understand just about enough to ask all kind of strange questions, but can't quite find the answers, I am not a heating specialist.From beginning to end P&R were very responsive, very, very knowledgeable and also very patient.And their expertise does not stop at the plumbing bit, if you want to benefit from the various government initiatives supporting decarbonization there are some nice rules and forms waiting for you, and P&R was happy and able to advice.Once we had decided what would be installed a date was agreed, and exactly on that date a group of friendly, competent plumbers arrived and the work was carried out to the highest standard, no dirt, no damage no fuss.After the installation I had a couple of questions - I guess I like to play with smart technology - and Mark - the boss - continued to patiently deal with my questions and ideas.By now the system has been installed for just over a year in all kinds of weather, its running efficiently and we enjoy a lovely warm house.I cannot praise each and every member of their team high enough, who would have thought that completely changing the heating of your house could be so much fun.
