Neil Bennett - Staffordshire Wedding Photography

I am very upset and Angry for my sister and my brother in law, appalling quality of photos on what was meant to be their special day! To say the least if a client is not happy with the outcome of such poor photos then you need to do whatever you can to make it right whatever that maybe. But seems once you get your money you don’t care! Appalling, I had to constantly ask Neil to take a photos, I even had to ask him to take photos of my sisters wedding shoes and my nieces bridesmaid shoes in the room while my sister was getting ready for her big day. He was drinking on the job always seemed to have a drink in his hand, (I brought him a drink hoping he would take more photos) because he seemed to stand in the corner doing nothing and miss capturing unique photos and memories that they will never get back… A day & evening you were meant to be capturing beautiful memories of a special day that cost money on top of paying you to produce dreadful pictures, I find it very concerning you won’t accept that they are poor quality and that you have taken them to other photographers to ask there opinion, I am sorry but there option means nothing, what matters is the paying clients who paid you after pretending to be something your not! Avoid this guy at all cost because something so special can be ruined by a cowboy photographer. Appealing!

Neil did our wedding and have to say he was brilliant, photos are amazing!! We love them.Neil, throughout the day was professional, patient and nothing was too much trouble.Would highly recommend Neil Bennett Photography.

Neil was recommended to us by a magician we had booked for our wedding.I was a little nervous if I am honest as Neil doesn’t publish much of his work online, unlike most photographers. BUT I need not be nervous.I had a consultation with Neil before our wedding where he ran through his style (relaxed and not too many posed photo’s). I was happy with that as it suited what we were looking for.On the big day Neil arrived early and took photos of people arriving and these were really lovely to look back on as I (the bride) don’t get to see that part of the wedding. He took all the photos I asked for and came prepared. Throughout the whole day I barely noticed him taking pictures, there were so many I didn’t see him getting!I was pleasantly surprised when our photos were ready to be viewed and pleased with the end result. I am still waiting for the prints but wanted to leave a review as soon as I could as I am overwhelmed with his work.Thank you Neil for capturing what was the best day of my life. I will forever treasure the photos and be indebted to you. Well worth the money.As a perk or extra add on for budding photographers who don’t mind editing I wouldn’t have minded being sent ALL the pictures for me to edit and crop etc.

We had Neil do our wedding photography and we could not have received more of a professional & friendlier service!! He made the bridal party and all our guests feel at ease and he took everything we wished for into consideration. We have received our wedding album tonight and we could not be happier!!! The perfect photos were captured fantastically, I would highly recommend Neil if you are struggling to find an awesome photographer!

I have worked with Neil a number of times on various projects and have found him to be reliable, enthusiastic and always goes above and beyond.I have been a 2nd photographer for Neil at weddings and have watched how he interacts with guests throughout the day. He does whatever is necessary for the happy couples day to run smoothly, even if it's not photography related.Neil also uses some great effects for night photography including and really cool LED light for painting designs and patterns within the photo. I had a really good experience working with Neil, learned loads and hope to do it again in the future.Thank you Neil

Neil was so professional throughout my families photoshoot! We was unable to have a newborn shoot due to complications that I had! My daughter was 8 months old when we had the photoshoot, Neil made us all feel at ease, we would definitely recommend. Thank you! These photos mean the world to us ❤️

Heartbroken isn't the word to describe how myself and husband feel,To cut a long story short myself and husband was devastated with the outcome of the photos that Neil Bennett had taken.We asked for a refund, as we was disgusted in the photos and we didn't want any of them, we told Neil that we didn't want to take anything away from our special day so we was just going to stick with the photos our guests had taken.His response was absolutely disgusting to say the least.He said he was a documentary photographer, and he showed our album to friends of his which apparently they said the album was fine.I didn't realise in the contract he has possession over the photos for a year,so we couldn't even take him to court for breaching confidentiality.Stay away from this man as the Albums he shows you in a shops are completely different to what you will be receiving.God only knows where he's getting his good reviews from, because I wouldn't even give him a star but I have to send this review out!

Neil has done a fabulous job on photos for my beauty salon. He came to take photos for my salons branding and I am so pleased with the photos he's done. He has really captured the salon in a way I wouldn't be able to taking the photos myself. He's a really lovely guy and so easy to get on with. We have booked him for our wedding photography next year too!

Saw my son's wedding photos, amateurish, out of focus, closed eyes, groups not staged correctly, people not facing camera in group shots. Unable to select any for home album as so disappointing. Website description different to what you get. Not interested in customer satisfaction, actually accepting did not provide services required or addressing inadequate standards. Would not recommend anyone using Neil Bennett for important occasions unless you only want candid snapshots of the day.
