Extremely professional, friendly and kind. I accidentally booked the wrong type of cut, but Alan offered to do it regardless even when it took a bit longer. He understood perfectly the new style of haircut I wanted, adapting it to my face and features. I am extremely happy about my new look - highly recommend this barbershop!

I booked in with Alan. He was running late and I arrived early. I happily waited. I was approached by a member of staff who asked if I wanted someone else to cut my hair. I said I didn't mind and she sent me over to Brendan, who I assumed would have a similar skill level.Alan is the master barber, Brendan informed me he'd only been doing this two weeks. He didn't listen to what I wanted. I gave clear instructions, showed photos and a video of what I wanted. He gave me a lopsided bowlcut/mullet, it looks like my mum did it with kitchen scissors on the floor. When I (politely) pointed this out he said it was the haircut I chose, which isn't true, and that paste" would fix it

First cut with Emily. Did a great job at understanding how I wanted my mullet and was friend despite being the last appointment of the day

Was left waiting over 30 minutes for my appointment without being told there was a delay or with no indication of when I would be taken next

Had a great haircut from Emily, she was also super helpful with advice about maintaining hair health. I had a bit of a weird cut I wanted but she was friendly and helped me out big time. Thanks

Emily gave me one of the best mullet cuts I've ever had after having a mullet for 3 years and was very friendly and chatty despite it being my first time there. Will definitely go again :)

My son is autistic, he likes his hair long, but also wants to be able to see.Rebel rebel is not cheap, but it shouldn't be. The location is great, the decor and atmosphere are very cosy and relaxed. It wasn't too loud, the music was good and the waiting area was very comfy.Now the haircut. We were both looked after by Gemma a master barber who was excellent. Not only did she do a great job but she put my son at ease, something that does not come easily when we start talking about a haircut.This is now our barbers. It's as simple as that. 5 stars, top notch, highly recommended. Thanks Gemma!

Went for a cut a few weeks ago with Gemma and I’m definitely coming back again! Extremely professional and had an excellent conversation with her.
