Wow....what a great find in Wokingham. The best haircut I've had in over 20 years. Everyone so friendly and lovely.I also had extensions by Katie on my second visit and they look absolutely fantastic. Everyone in the salon were so excited for me and made me feel wonderful. Katie is an excellent stylist, giving me advice and guidance on how to look after them as well. They also accommodated this last minute appointment for an event Im attending. Although I'm moving away I shall be coming back every 8 weeks to get my hair done. Once you find a good hairdressers you can't go anywhere else!! Thank you, I feel a million dollas xx

Have been a customer at this salon for about 15 years, and I can't fault them. All the staff are so lovely and friendly, from the moment you step inside. I've never had a bad experience and I am constantly recommending them to my friends and family. Can not imagine having my hair cut or coloured anywhere else!

I was a first time customer and I felt so welcomed! My mother was also able to sit in during my haircut. Katie did a wonderful job, taking into account of what I had in mind as well as adding her own expert opinion. Very happy with the results, will definitely come again and recommend it to fam and friends!

I had an amazing experience getting my ears pierced here! The staff were lovely and answered all questions professionally making us feel content and comfortable. They were also very warm and welcoming! Everything was clean and safe with a lovely selection of earrings to choose from! They ensured my piercing was symmetrical and in the centre of my ear lobe and now I am SO happy with it and my earrings look lovely! Overall, my experience at Inspirations was so lovely and I would definitely go again! :)

Really disappointed with the service and the attitude. There is no customer value and the staff is very rude. I was quoted £42.50 and an additional £5.00 because my hair is thick, not sure they will reduce the cost of your hair is thin however I agreed.The stylist was good (she is just 20) but not trained well. My hair is cut unevenly and there is one part where it has not been trimmed at all. I was in a rush and had themCurled hence it was not seen. However when I washed and straightened it the following day it looked awful. She took two hours instead of one hour as advised. If that’s all, the receptionist demanded an additional £10.00 which really surprised me as she was the one who quoted the initial price of £47.50 and that’s not cheap! For that price you do expect good service and not someone just asking for more money, that too for inefficiency of their own staff. She had seen my hair, charged me extra on the basis of it being thick, and wanted more just because their staff cannot keep up with the time?? That apart, my hair is cut unevenly and there are sections where it’s not even cut and looks weird. I’ve never heard anyone asking for more money for thick hair and despite that, asking for more… literally like ripping you off for their lack of experience.The intention was to get a few inches taken off so that the split ends are not seen but it was disappointing and I’m travelling so not easy to find a salon. Mistakes can sometimes be ignored but with that attitude, it’s very disappointing and not sure if I would even recommend this salon to anyone. Very unprofessional!!

Having just moved to the area this was my first visit. My cut & blow dry was carried out by Katie (known as Kate) who was a most friendly and pleasant young lady. I was very happy with the way she styled my hair and I would be pleased to return in the future.

Had my hair cut and coloured and I absolutely love it. My hair looks amazing and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back here again.

Worst hair cut I’ve ever had. And totally gaslit for my upset. Was reduced to tears and walked out with my hood up. Will never return, will never recommend. Proprietor’s efforts to redeem her reputation are in vain if she perpetuates the gaslighting. Never used so much hairspray to manage my hair and never worn a hat so much in attempts to mitigate the damage caused by the need for hairspray. Diabolical. Paid lip service but not really listened to prior to nor after the scissors and basically told I’m ridiculous for wanting a normal haircut as opposed to this mick jagger I’m sporting now. Didn’t even ask for a FRINGE!!
