Used it for the first time whilst waiting for my washing machine to be fixed. Dry cleaning service available. Nice lady helped me with correct settings on the washing machine. They also offer to do ur laundry for an extra charge.Tip - their washing machines do not accept new £1 coins

Contrary to many other reviews I found the service here excellent. It was my first time using a launderette and I was served by a lovely lady called Lorraine who very graciously showed me how everything worked. Simple system and good equipment. Will certainly be going back.

Took my wedding dress in for dry cleaning, was given a quote which I paid for on the spot and was told it would be ready in a week. I went back 8 days later and was told it wasnt ready and that it'd take 3 more days. I then got a call 5 days after that and was advised that the quote I received was incorrect and that they wouldn't dry clean my dress unless I paid £35 more. After speaking to them, they said they would talk to their team to see if they could waive this amount as it was the fault of their staff. Didn't hear from them for another week and I called them up for an update and was advised that they would now like £45 more to cover the cost of dry cleaning. I then said I was quoted an extra £35 and not £45 which they were happy to honour but by that point, I had lost all trust in them and decided to get my dress back. I swear to NEVER EVER use these guys again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Awful place avoid at all costs. Ruined my trousers will not take responsibility, doesn’t care and won’t provide owners name and number. I have never had worse customer service and I have been robbed of my trousers.

I would give a 0-star review if that was possible. They ruined my clothes and refused to take responsibility or even refund what I paid to have them dry-cleaned! Unprofessional, with no customer care. Buyer beware this business that makes you pay in advance!!!

Do not use the dry cleaning service. They charged £130 upfront to clean my curtains, which they shrank by six inches, but of course you don’t realise this until you get home. They said their responsibility ended when I picked the curtains up and wouldn’t even refund the cleaning cost! Totally unprofessional. Save yourself the grief and avoid these charlatans

Friendly lady behind counter provided me with change for the machines, but if you’re searching for the prices (as of April 2019) here they are: 7kg wash was £4.60 (4x£1 and 3x20p) and 13kg wash was £7.40 (7x£1 and 2x20p) . Dryers cost £1 for 11 mins.

I took a pair of costume trousers for dry cleaning and I received them back damaged. To be more precise, all the stitches around the waist fell apart. They take no responsibility on any damages on clothes and now I have to buy a new costume. This was the first and last time that I had to deal with them. The service is unacceptable! The lady there was constantly mentioning that as soon as you give your clothes is at your own risk.

Very very expensive, some machine's work better than others, you can never get a hot wash because the water is never hotter than lukewarm, other launderette owner's take note, if you want to rake in the money with as little outlay as possible this is the way to go, they have been getting away it for years, the only stronger words than rip-off that I can think of are daylight robbery.

took a dress in to get dry cleaned and was outrageously quoted 250 because we said it was from a wedding. went somewhere else nearby and paid 12. don’t let them rip you off!! absolutely stunned at this type of behavior from a business.
