MACD's Taxi's

Had the taxi booked for 10am on 18/08/20 didn’t come till 10:45. We told the driver we wanted to go to visitor centre at glencoe he took us the wrong way and then I asked halfway up if he’s taking us the right way he replied you asked for fort William in Infact we didn’t we both asked for glencoe visitor centre this is our first time up here so we didn’t know our place. He then still charged us for the journey even tho he took us to the wrong place he was also on his phone while driving. We felt very unsafe and he wasn’t wearing a mask. We now have missed our bus home and there isn’t a bus until 2 pm witch is now full so we can’t travel now until 7pm tonight and are having to pay for extra tickets, that is not our fault. I’m extremely angry and frustrated. All down to the driver not taking us where we were meant to go. We now have to pay £80 to get a train service home. I can’t explain how bad the taxi driver was. We didn’t even get offered money of our trip and didn’t even get a sorry.
