Totally disappointed with tonight’s order. My pita bread was burnt and not edible. Not the first time this has happened so probably the last time I’ll order from here.

The delivery driver just left our food outside the door with no knock or doorbell ring?? Luckily we checked outside just in case and the food was freezing cold mustve been sitting out for ages, and also the restaurant missed the carrot cake I paid £4 for. Shocking service, complaining to Uber eats is a nightmare aswell!!!

Delicious! Tried for the first time after it was recommended to me for being consistently amazing. Was not disappointed at all. My new go to for amazing chicken

I have serious doubts about the legitimacy of the first review but I guess that’s for you to decide.I used to visit pepes in the west end and this pepes is equally good, I guess that’s the whole point of a franchise. Could not fault it, food was superb and served quickly even though they were very busy.One piece of advice for the restaurant would be to stop using staples to close their bags because this is inevitably going to cause issues when someone finds a staple in their food or worse bites into one. I would suggest tape or tying the bags shut but staples and food are not a good combination.

Don’t even want to give it 1 star.Always liked Pepe’s but was disappointed with this one,...ordered the pounder meal and was disgusted to find the whole bottom bun smelly , green and mouldy , I don’t know how they could have missed it but was sick afterwards , definitely won’t be ordering from the East Kilbride Pepe’s again!!!

Let down today by the service. By the look and blatant staring that we got for being a mixed race couple by the two girls behind the desk. They couldn’t even hide there expression as both were not wearing a mask and then to top it off we got advised after driving over to collect our meal it was cash only. I arrived with Apple Pay like most people and my husband was told he could use the cash machine. Should the girl who took our order not have advised us of this before she rudely hung up the phone? The attitude of the girl who took our order and the eye rolling was appalling. She then proceeded to call me names from behind the desk and her ‘colleague/friend’ jokingly advised her to watch her language. Maybe don’t do customer service? The girl at the desk on the 4.12.22 at 6.30pm, needs to go. Regardless if she is a family member filling in a job her behaviour is disgusting.I am extremely concerned. How is no masks and cash only preventing the spread of covid? Including chef behind cooking with no mask on. So that’s a total of 3 staff members working, none with masks on including the customer facing girl. The amount of grubby fingerprints on the door that we had to touch as we came on was disgusting. I am really, really concerned about my visit today and recommend to others to thoroughly wash and gel hands after leaving this place. The only good thing, chicken tasted good. Is it worth me catching covid and getting called names? I don’t think so.
