Scam company put the phone down immediately. They take the money, cannot get hold of anybody......DO not let them target older people, parents, grandparents, who clearly do not need this service. They need to be banned from calling and added to the barred list of callers I will be talking the BT preference service for what that will be worth.Disgusted - will not return my calls or return the money

Despite cancelling his account with them some months ago, they repeatedly called my Father in law to try and get him to re-sign. Despite refusing it seems they’ve taken the money anyway. Scam company.

Beware! This company appears to target primarily OAPs with fictitious demands for money. They send out letters demanding payment (£195 or £198) for fees under a maintenance contract purportedly entered into for the servicing drains or for work supposedly carried. When challenged they say they will send a copy of the contract in the post which they do not do. It seems from Trust Pilot reviews that they also make phone calls demanding payment for services not provided.

I don't have experience of their services but they were truly honourable and decent and happy to refund the service my elderly, confused father signed up to in error immediately and without quibble. Much appreciated and much to their credit.

I have today received 2 bills from 1st class Drainage Solutions for £197.99 claiming to be a final payment for plumbing & drainage cover. I have never heard of this company and I have never used this company. Therefore I can only assume these 2 letters sent to me are the results of a scammer.1 star given because it wouldn’t let me post with zero stars!

SCAM!! Signed my elderly mum up to a direct debit despite it being a housing association property. When I called them to ask for it to be cancelled, I was told to F off!!

Signed My nan up in August, repeated calls made. Promised refund and now coming to the end of September and still non existence. Do not use these people. They will take your money, pray on vulnerable old people and never answer the phone. Use the excuse of phone lines bot working but more than able to call people to take money.
