Had my burger meal chicken in the burger was awful!!! Dry and old really chewy had to throw the whole meal away .. avoid at all costs ... place has gone downhill big time have to pay for sauces etc had a chicken nugget meal 3 pcs of chicken nuggets when its suppose to be 6 how could you forgot that??? Had to go back as it was for my kids

Nice food at times, sometimes food tastes old and sometimes okay, the women seem to always forget an item on each order such as drinks.I never complain to them just eat and go.Front of shop too small but okay for a few people to sit and eat.

Got a delivery from here and the chicken was foul, smelt a bit like cat food and didn't risk more than one bite before chucking it all in the bin. Luckily the the fries were good though

Don't go here. The rude young girl tried to charge me £30 for 15 pieces of chicken despite it reading in there menu different. When I told her she still insisted she was right. Embarrasing customer service. They have changed ownership and it is awful now. Also cash only apparently now. I wonder why? Avoid

I was a frequent customer. After changing owners. These new owners are always looking bad. for my part, they lost another customer as well as many other people I've heard about. just so you can see I always ordered number 5 and it came in the big box now number 5 and it comes in a small box. pay so dearly for a misery of nothing. you have to improve because you are losing customers. On top of that I complain and they don't pay any attention to me. I'm sorry it changed to this. and then I asked for my order and they pick it up from a forgotten bag or from a customer. we customers see everything. we are not dumb. they took chicken out of a bag that was there and put it in mine. lack of hygiene

Food came fast but sadly you can only pay cash here. The chicken i order was disgusting the chicken itself was crunchier than the breading and i might have heart disease due to the amount of grease it had. Me giving 2 stars is extremely generous compared to the food they gave me.

Has gone downhill since change of ownership. Food is hit and miss and staff are lacking customer service. Go to The Taste up the road if you want good chicken.

Lettuce was brown browned and old. The second the burger touched my lips I was overwhelmed by the aroma and taste of charred burger buns and peppery chicken. The fried were cold and unsalted and the Pepsi was flat. £7:50 for a greatly unsatisfying meal. Not worth it.
