i must seriously question the integrity of this outfit. ordered a printer cartridge nearly 3 weeks ago and despite several emails chasing delivery all i got was fob off responses. they now state they have been told by their couriers that delivery has been made. rather than accepting they cant provide the product they are now wrongly asserting delivery of the product - remarkable. thankfully i paid by credit card and will get a refund via them

Truly dreadful and incompetent company, bordering on a scam. I ordered an item, they told me they would not be able to deliver in a reasonable time frame, so I asked to cancel and refund. They said no problem. A week later, no refund and they despatched the item anyway, forcing me to stay at home and refuse delivery, because they would not cancel the delivery. They then refused to refund until item returns to them. They then re-send the item and refuse a refund, and round and round it goes. This is a scam trying to force me to accept the item I no longer want. I am now in the midst of a PayPal dispute with them, as it is the only hope I have of getting my money back from these scammers. Truly despicable behaviour.In short - if you value your time and money, avoid this company like the plague.

useless support and after sending the wrong product even 3 weeks later from constant emailing cant even get a decent response or any help. Would not recomend from any perspective.

Couldn’t find any reviews when I put in my order for 2 laptop bags. I had a great experience from payment to delivery. Communication was excellent and delivery by Parcelforce. Happy to recommend. Thanks!
