Our lounge lacked storage space and I was finding it difficult to visualise solutions that fitted the style and layout of the room. Kate provided a fresh pair of eyes and came up with some great ideas, the majority of which we have actioned or will do. She helped me think long-term, as well as in the here and now, for example, thinking about what comes after baby toys! All in all, a very worthwhile experience, thanks Kate!

Kate from Ace You Space has just transformed our family dump room, aka office! It was the embarrassment of the house and one I had no idea how to tackle. The only thing that it had before Kate’s re-organisation was a small, albeit cluttered space for my laptop and screens for my full-time job. It wasn’t a relaxing or calming room and nothing really had a proper place.From the initial consultation I saw hope! We discussed what purpose the room was to have. Kate was made aware of my potential anxiety to go through the process of sorting, I hate throwing things out. When the time came for Kate to do her thing I was surprisingly calm, at times ruthless with my sorting whereas I had been emotional on previous attempts. (I had a lot of arts and crafts bits and bobs). I found the process calming and Kate was supportive in guiding me in the decision making.End result – I have a clear space for my full-time job, all associated work items flow across the existing units within the workspace environment. Our local charity shop has benefited from a good selection of donations. But the piece de-resistance – I have a well thought out creative space for ‘me time’ and my boys. I can see clearly what I have which not only will stop me from overbuying but it is inspiring me to be creative!Don’t underestimate how much this service can make a positive impact- it’s not just about the physical environment but it has helped me mentally too.

Kate came into our very cluttered home with no judgment and really goodsuggestions and thoughts for our kitchen and utility room. It's hard to describe thestress I was feeling by all the STUFF everywhere, as a parent who is working andstudying. We had no time and were both feeling fairly desperate. Kate came in andworked so hard (the kitchen being the biggest task!). We were struck by how much we had accumulated and she was able to help us see what we did need and to think about whether the extra items were necessary. The kitchen and utility room feel so much bigger and less cluttered and we love it. We were particularly impressed byKate's consideration of our children, factoring them into the organisation of thekitchen and actually making my life easier now they can access what they need. Ialso love my lazy susan's for all my oils and sauces, as well as the organised andlabelled spaces. Everything makes sense" and has its place."

A huge thank you for all that you have done at our house, it’s made such a difference to our lives already. The whole house feels calmer and the children seem calmer within it. They have places to go now and everything is taking less time and is so much easier to keep on top of. This morning we left for school 10 minutes earlier than usual because everything is just so much more organised and I can get the jobs done so much quicker. I am thrilled with how it’s changed our lives already in just a few days.

Kate completely transformed my parent's kitchen so it makes sense. Everything is within reaching distance, and they aren't walking around looking for things. The addition of clever tools recovered space in their cupboards that were home to long forgotten items. Mary Poppins would be impressed with the amount of space she recovered from their cupboards. Kate has this incredible ability to reorganise your space in a way that leaves you wondering how you lived any differently, and most importantly, not like someone has broken into your home and disrupted your life.

I really can never thank Kate enough for such a wonderful, efficient, warm and fun service. It felt like working with a good friend through the 2 days. Who ever knew clearing out a garage, utility room and kitchen could ever be so much fun? Her decluttering and organising service is a secret gem that I am happy I keyed into.

We hired Kate to help us unpack our new house when we brought two households into one, and as two busy working parents with six children, were feeling overwhelmed by the task at hand! Having Kate with us was THE best investment I could have made, and saved more stress than I can imagine. As well as being incredible at her job - efficient, methodical, full of smart techniques and hacks - Kate was such a kind and reassuring presence, and helped so proactively in all sorts of ways, not just limited to what we’d actually asked her to do. My children loved her and she was brilliant at including them in the organising process - my 6 year old insisted I send a photo of her folded and organised cupboard when we went on holiday, as she was so sure Kate would be proud of her! I am so glad we took the step to have Kate with us and couldn’t recommend her more highly. We will be booking her again when we are more settled in the house to help us keep on top of everything. She’s brilliant.
