Lish is a fabulous instructor, her classes are very welcoming and she adapts all her moves whenever necessary. You leave the classes feeling amazing and confident and that confidence follows you into all aspects of you life.

These fitness classes are highly recommended ,you are made to feel part of a little family of friends and my fitness has improved. She adapts her dance too accommodate your own personel needs.A great instructor. Xx

Would highly recommend joiningThe dance classes . They are fun keep you fit and friendly all sizes welcome so don't be afraid your teacher will make you feel like you've been there for ages and the groups are more like family than strangers we all support each other Your teacher is a brillant kind and supportive and so easy to talk to and so funny but most of all makes you feel relaxed . And if you can't do a move there is always a different way to do that move alot of people think no it's not for me I'm shy trust me and my confidence was so low i no longer feel that way . Or have there throughts on the class because of art of dancing it is all I can say is don't knock it till you try it and Trust me I have 2 left feet when it comes to dancing and can't dance to save my life and even I can do this. So please don't by shy just turn up in leggings and top no footwear or you can wear dance socks and bring some water or juice and join in our family . Lish don't bite and tell you off and put you in detention or naughty corner if do the move wrong Were here to learn a art of a very brillant dance and with this you gain a confidance get fit too meet a brillant teacher dont worry about your age either and make great friends to who all support each other I have never laughted so much and your body definitely lets you know youve had a good workout but most of all youve learned some sexy moves and bring out your confidence. I was very shy when came to the class worried about will I fit in bet they are all skinny mini and will judge me was so WRONG big style . Once again I highly recommend D'Lish Effect Great teacher supportive friendly and made to feel like you've one of the family Best thing I've ever done .
