Morley's Fried Chicken
This used to be my local MorleysBut I came back today for the first time in years and I think their chicken burger made me sick. I have not felt good after eating their food today.

The shop is always clean and the food is fresh. Some employees are rude and arrogant. There is no such thing as the customer is right in this business. My daughter went there and ordered he misunderstood her (his English was basic). She called me to speak to him as she was scared that he charged her for three meals. I spoke to him and he issued a refund but said you're not getting any food". She came home with no food. I'll never use this Morleys again!"

The food is decent but the service is shocking, staff take personal calls half way through ordering, which he then missed an item, once home i realised the drinks were missing so called them and got hung up on twice, went back to complain to which i wad offered 2 hot wings as compensation which i refused, last time i use them, now i have to goto thornton heath for my pork ribs

Morley's Fried Chicken
Order food by the app from the Morley’s south Norwood high street. The order arrived but it had missing items. Very calmly phoned the store to say that there was a missing item and if we could have it delivered. They knew there was items missing but stated that we had to order more food so we could get the food that we had already paid for and paid delivery for but they wanted us to do it again. The person I spoke to could not speak English properly but was polite. I asked to speak to the manager whose name was Un. He would not listen to me and kept on speaking over me and then put the phone down on me. I went to the store and the manager denied that he was the manager and said that he had left the store but continued to have a rude attitude. He was caught out when I called him by his name and answered. Other staff member gave us the food and apologised. Very unprofessional and disgraceful behaviour from the manager Un.

I tried the burgers and kinda liked it - it was good. Got the meal, so got a good portion of fries, too!At my second visit, I tried the fried chicken and didn't like it all - tbh wouldn't recommend - it was so bland.

Well I this is always my second option about fried chicken and first time buying a bucket and not bad like it.Service well as usual as a takeaway shop in and out.Is about lunch time the shop itself looks untidy and not to clean on the tables that is my downside of itDo I recommend well I don’t think I need it is good chickenDo I will return? Yes if I am on the area and hungry looking for some chicken
