I have had two bad experiences with this garage but the latest was when I took my car in for an mot and service, it failed the mot on a faulty steering rack fair play but it took the garage all day to contact me and when I went to collect the car I told me it was parked on the exning road at the top of the hill on the main road as an mot failure ( not happy ) I needed the work done so let the garage carry out the repair, there is a plastic under tray that protects the bottom off the engine, obviously there for a reason but the car was returned to me minus this tray and no reason was given why, in fact I was not even informed of this….. recently I have noticed all of the cars needing either an mot or a repair are parked on a housing estate on Howard de Walden way…… perfect pickings for the crack head’s hanging around….. disgusting garage in all departments

On the positive side they tried hard to do my repairs and servicing. But communication about the repairs and slipping times was poor.Also the standard of work was unsatisfactory and I was left with a car that needs corrective work to be carried out by another garage, This was after making return visits when the outstanding work was highlighted.Suspension bushes only half in, track rod ends still to be replaced, Suspension console not correctly aligned.When told that braking was not smooth I was told it was warped brake discs, despite them being okay before the service, Another garage tightened up the suspension assembly and the problem went.Keen staff but lacking in communication and attention to detail.

A very good small garage with good service and value for money.

As I forgot my MOT was due, the got me booked ASAP, in time for due date.Great service, and MOT done by Mark Hansford, 500cc motorcycle champion, wow.

Awesome experience! From start to finish.I easily booked my Daytona 675 motorcycle in for mot. They were very welcoming and I was able to wait while it was being done. Unfortunately it failed on a bulb but the team were super understanding and I managed to get it passed the following day!I will definitely be back and have recommended to others.Thanks guys!

The work was good but the admin not so much. Got given the wrong bill initially. No price available for the additional work I wanted. Was told she would ring round and let me know. This didn't happen.

Exceptional service provided by the guys at New Heath Autos. Would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking friendly staff, quick turnarounds and a great experience.Although there was a slight confusion about my tyre and tyre valve. The team was fast at responding to the issue and got it sorted for me in a timely manner.Appreciate the service guys thank you very much!
