Amazing customer service! Hands down best customer service from a dealership I've ever had while looking into a new car (apart from the new car sales manager at Mercedes Benz Croydon). The trainee sales rep, Sullivan, and the sales manager were amazing from start to finish. Very friendly and very attentive and did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and get the best possible car for me and my SO. We left as happy customers and hopefully will be back soon to collect our new car!!

Do not use this garage for service and repairs. They have caused significant damage to my engine and are not taking responsibility for it. They will also recommend non urgent work to charge you more.

Visited and test drove a car that we were interested in buying and had the cheque book with us. The car drove well but it was presented in such a bad state. It wasn’t washed or cleaned. There was dirt all over and both rear shelves were missing. The mileage gauge showed about thousand miles above what we were told. The service was poor and not very helpful. We made an offer depending on the condition of the car but were not successful.

Had a really pleasant experience ordering a car at FG Barnes Nissan in Guildford, which deserves a special mention and thank you to Chris R., who was a true gentleman (and not the average pushy sales exec you can find at other dealerships)!Finally, having read some of the other reviews it feels like people need a reminder to be patient in life , as it seems we have forgotten how to wait for something! This is a busy showroom, and there are plenty of new queries (walk-in) that will come in as you wait, so to manage your expectations, please do keep that in mind and only go when you you can set-aside a few hrs in your day to order.

Shockingly bad customer service. Our car is being recalled because of a fault with Nissan software. The car is currently programmed to accelerate when the pedals are not touched and therefore is dangerous to drive. The first appointment they offer is in a month's time and they are charging us for this. Very rude woman on the phone.

Really impressed with this dealership. Toby was fantastic from the moment we stepped into the show room and was very helpful. We placed an order for a new car, but due to unforeseen circumstances we had to bring our order forwards by 3-4 months! Toby found us a new car that same day, sorted out the changes to the order and was able to turn the whole thing round with no fuss on our part. Great service

I had a really bad experience with my mini EV causing great EV anxiety especially in the cold weather when I lost 20% of charge and my driving needs changed. Nissan happily traded it in for a hybrid Qashqai and I feel much happier knowing I have room once again, the latest mod cons, comfort and road security. My 9 year old loves the panoramic roof and I love the heated massage seats and steering wheel! It's been well used in it's first week home with us with trips to London and Brighton, using the eco mode to save on fuel. We had really prompt service from FG Barnes and the sale was turned around in one week. We also had after sales calls to make sure all was working well and to problem solve. My driving experience is now greatly improved and I am enjoying the Nissan and happily offering everyone lifts as I have space to accommodate friends and family. Thank you Sullivan for making the purchase an easy one with minimal stress, Gaynor and family

Shows that they are less busy than normal on google, but sat in 4 cars in showroom, waited 10 mins and nobody came out to see me.How the hell do they sell cars

My partner and I went into get a minor service today and the levels of professionalism was evidently lacking. Comments were made to my partner at the cleanliness and appearance of the outside of her car, considering the state of the roads have been I think it came across as rude. When the car was collected it looked like it had been cleaned with a watering can and kitchen sponge. They said it had been giving a rinse but they don’t properly clean them. I think their staff need to need trained up on their customer service skills.

I'd definitely recommend FG Barnes Nissan because they are friendly and knowledgeable on the cars they are selling ,made to feel welcome and will always find a way for you to buy that car you want.
