A complete nightmare, I agreed their quote with a number of weeks notice.They didn't turn up for the first agreed date, when I chased, they said there was a problem with the boiler. They then agreed to come 2 weeks after this, but again no show, no warning, no text, nothing.I have builders on site waiting for a first fix for plumbing. Alex has completely blanked me, no reply to my phone calls or texts.Very unreliable, very unprofessional, this company will let you down, avoid!

Please listen to the guy who spoke about getting back to you. They are hopeless at working and getting back. I had a leaking trap under sink they put in. Came out twice after numerous tx and promises. Still leaking and said they will come back. There are electric sockets under my sink told them this still not come. Please please don’t use this company they are a sham just want in and out money. Really shoddy customer service from the boss Alex. Would not even give 1 star but you have to so you can respond.

Recently contacted A L Plumbing for an emergency boiler repair after my usual plumber was unresponsive. So glad I did. The engineer was so helpful, came out to us as quick as they could at the last minute and got us sorted as soon as possible. Highly recommend and will 100% use in the future.

Unreliable. Failed to turn up for agreed appointment last week and did not answer phone or text messages. In fact since Alex (the owner of this plumbing company) did not attend as planned we have not heard back from him ie no apology or excuses offered.

Do not use this company, very unreliable, unprofessional. Full of empty promises, let me down twice, then didn't reply to my calls or texts. I have builders waiting for Alex the lying plumber,. AVOID!

Really friendly family and trustworthy. They changed my boiler and moved it's place in 1 day! They came early in the morning and at 6pm job was done. Really pleased!
