Went there 3 times, 1st and 2nd were good but after the 3rd which was yesterday I decided to go somewhere else. The quality decreased a lot, kits and helmets are worn out and disgusting, the locker rooms had all missing keys so I had to change in my car. Our names were not displayed on the screen although we entered them on arrival. My go kart was broken and it refused to start twice but the staff didn't want to change it. They also didn't know who won the race due to some technical problems. The whole place is a wreck now

The Raceway is an awesome karting track with great facilities. Our company (Reach Local) had an after work session which was great. We were picked up in a mini bus from the tube station and taken to the door. The track is very fast and the facilities were great. The staff were great making sure we had a good evening. After visiting several karting tracks in London I would say this is the best and would highly recommend it to anyone.

CLOSED 10/11/2013 Along with a few friends of mine came here to use our groupon vouchers we bought. This place is closed. Not even a sign to say they are closed. Gates are locked and the big sign still on. Even the website is still operating. What a waste of our time. Shameful.

It looks like The Raceway in Greenwich may be going out of business. I had a booking for mid November and got an email from Groupon to say that they cannot get hold of The Raceway and that if you have a booking then it is advisable not to attend. I have been trying to call them today to no avail.This is a shame, I went there a few months back and had an amazing time. I went again about a month ago and you could almost tell that it was winding down - less guys marshalling the race which became quite dangerous, no hair things before you put the helmet on etc etc.

I really enjoyed the thrill of trying to overtake and improving lap times and catching up with other racers on the track. The track was superb and fun once you get the hang of it.The problem is the qualifying round was way too short for newcomers (myself in this instance) to achieve a decent lap time, considering there was a clog in one of the bends it affected the my ability of achieving a possible better time. Once unfortunately during the race supervisor didn't give me a chance to defend a position and signalled a blue flag.

Fantastic track, great surface and enough variety to keep the circuit interesting, as well as extremely professional track supervision, decent karts, and really nice facilities. Only thing I would mention is they need more of the lockers to actually 'lock' but for a race track in London, its ideal.

Totally agree with Asif Patel's comments. They allow way too many cars on track. It is fun, however, it feels very much like bumper cars (for which you get black flagged). There is a yellow flag almost every lap

Great evening. However on arrival were told 'groupon' voucher not valid for my partner and had to pay additional £30, staff member explained we would get refund next day if we called with new voucher code. We call everyday (for two weeks now) and no-one calls us back! Shocking customer service. Feel robbed. Don't recommend having anything to do with them. Liars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great Night Out. We had an office event so it was just us, two sets of 10, two final races. The Karts are good, the track has some challenges, the staff sorted out those who couldn't keep control and didn't roll out too many of those black flags. Good night out, well worth the price so why not give it a go? After a few laps you can pretend you're Senna, or Hamilton
