I have been coming to this class for several years now and still enjoy every session. Donna is a great motivator. These classes are short and sharp and work every muscle possible. I thoroughly recommend it.

Metafit Stockton-on-Tees
This is an excellent way of keeping up your fitness whatever age you may be. I do two half hour sessions each week and feel great physically. It's a challenge but one which even I can manage at 70 years old.
