We were really delighted with the whole service given by Paul and his team. There was no ‘hard sell’ just great advice and help. The fitters rang us beforehand to let us know when to expect them. They did a brilliant job, were clean and tidy and we are very pleased with the finished job. We would definitely recommend Paul and The Carpet Depot in Oxford.

We received great advice re carpets and hard flooring. Ordering was easy and the fitting date agreed. Fitters arrived on time and did a great job. Great service from an independent Oxford company. Highly recommended.

We used The Carpet Depot based on the recommendation of a neighbour. We wanted carpet for the lounge, dining room, hall, stairs and double landing. Quite a lot! Paul helped us choose an Abingdon Carpets product, visited to ensure that it would be suitable and was most professional and helpful at all times. First class.Came the fitting and Shaun arrived on his own, worked like a Trojan all day, was pleasant, polite, thoroughly professional and friendly. He did a magnificent job and even managed to move our piano without my help. It might be while before we are in a position to buy more carpets but The Carpet Depot will be our first and only call.Thanks folks.

I very rarely - if ever - write online reviews (good or bad), but in that I visited Paul's showroom on the back of other online reviews, I will comment. Highly recommended without question; we had some minor follow up issues and Paul dealt with everything brilliantly. We had carpet and wooden flooring done throughout our house we and could not be happier with both. It's easy to default to the larger chains but I would say if Carpet Depot can service your area, use them. Nick & Leila, Woodstock

We are very happy with Carpet Depot. The job was done so brilliantly, I honestly can't believe it! We needed a new carpet and laminate flooring in the kitchen and it has been done so well and we are very thankful. It has been done professionally. It is also a very reasonable price and Paul Morris is is a fantastic guy to deal with. I definitely recommend him, and if you want a new carpet or floor you shouldn't hesitate and just go to Carpet Depot straight away, if you want the best quality floor. A fantastic, personal and 'educational' experience using The Carpet Depot Oxford.We obviously approached Paul at the carpet depot after reading other customers reviews. Paul was very warming and interested in what our requirements were. If you have time, I would highly recommend the Paul's School of Carpet Education. We could not believe how many varieties of carpet are available, but what it did do was give us a very clear path of what material and budget we went with. Paul personally attended our address and measured up, and helped in colour matching our new upstairs carpet to our downstairs carpet.The day of the carpet installation came, and the 2 workman who installed the carpet worked quickly and were very friendly, making us feel even more confident we had made the right decision.We love our new carpet!We cannot recommend The Carpet Depot enough, good old fashion customer service at its best! Just had my whole house fitted with carpets from Carpet Depot. Paul and his team have been fantastic. Despite the anxieties of lockdown, Paul kept me informed every step of the way and his fitting team are lovely and skilled. Excellent price too. Highly recommend!

Our experience with the Carpet Depot was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Paul helped us choose the perfect carpet for our stairs, landing and guest bedroom and shared his knowledge about all things carpet with us. Paul is absolutely brilliant and we are thrilled with our new carpet on the landing and stairs. He took the time to explain to us all the pros and cons of the different carpet types (as we'd never had to buy carpet before). He helped us come to our decision but also gave us plenty of space to look around at our own pace too. The fitters were excellent - swift, friendly and most importantly, did an excellent job on our tricky stair case.Paul also made it very clear that if we did have any problems (which we didn't) that he would be more than happy to come out to have a second look.I couldn't recommend this place more - so much knowledge, friendly service and a great range of prices to fit every budget.
