I visited on Saturday and the customer service was outstanding! I was waiting for a parcel and a staff member as she was passing said I will check they are getting it for you without me asking. I then asked for a different size in some shoes from a young man in training who was very helpful and so I waited at the pay desk. The same staff member who had checked on my parcel, saw I was waiting and asked a colleague to jump on the till, I explained I was already being served. I didn’t catch a name but it was a woman wearing her hair up and I just want her to know that it made such a difference to my experience, thank you!

A great store with lots to offer. Reason for the visit is even though you have the next unlimited that you pay 22 per year for free delivery you now get charged 2.50 for every return which is so frustrating! so now I have to return to the store as I refuse to be charged to return when I'm already paying a premium to get free delivery most online retailers charge 9.99 a year. Sorry Next I've cancelled the next unlimited and probably won't be ordering much from you in the future.

Great store just far to busy when I visited

Wide range , a little pricey but it is Christmas so I suppose you can expect to pay a premium!

Brilliant shop! Very large with a huge range of Mens, women’s, kids and babies wear - if this store and Next home as well. Genuinely can’t ever remember seeing an empty peg or rail!!Always clean and Tidy and at a comfortable temperature. Toilets available at the Costa coffee inside the store.Parking can be a bit tricky and peak times. Saturday afternoon, Christmas etc, but always a good shopping experience in this store. We’ll worth a visit

A beautiful large store selling clothing homeware lighting and a host of more products. Also contains a indoor cafe

Fantastic service, The assistant (but wouldn't surprise me if they were a manager) helped me find a suit and to try on the sizes but in the same cut in a different fabric suit to make sure that I would be ordering the correct sizes for my build. Really appreciated the time they gave me.

Always nice to have a look around this very spacious shop. Great selection of everything. Coffee shop upstairs too.

Visit the store often and every time we cannot find staff to help when needed.We have asked a staff member for a specific item before to find the location of the item in store, but she had no clue and opened up the stores website on the tablet instead which was not what we wanted at all.Was unhappy with a visit recently where there was no staff at the fitting rooms and there was a male wandering about in the female fitting rooms, which lead to not being able to try on and make ang purchases.
