Absolutely rubbish…. Stay away from them…. Bought a Hyundai Tucson 2017 in march 2018 and I started having issues with it later that year . First I think Arnold Clark sold me a broken car … I took the car to Johnson’s Hyundai Sutton Coldfield telling them the clutch or the gear box has an issue, they said they tested the car and there is no fault , car was under warranty. Kept taking the car in as there wasn’t any improvement, I think it went in like 15 times over 4 years and no fixing done on it. This month my gearbox stopped working ( out of warranty ) so took it to the mechanic and they found the issue , the activator was glued together with super glue and used black ties so it holds together. Now it’s costing me a lot to get it fixed , rubbish service from all …. Avoid Arnold Clark’s avoid Johnson’s for repairs , absolutely nothing was done .

Barry was very courteous and polite and helped me through my journey of explaining and showing me how certain gadgets work and told me that anytime I don’t understand any gadgets I can come to the dealership and he will support me. Excellent service and a nice car.
