Life massage
I have been to Michelle for a couple of scar massages and she has made a huge improvement on the way they look. One of my scars was sunken into the skin and she's bought it back up to surface level and ensure the tissue around my scar remains supple. I would 100% recommend Michelle.

She's so knowledgeable and amazing at what she does, and has managed to get me through triathlons and marathons!! I have been counting down the days until I get booked in again post lockdown!! Michelle is na absolute star, very professional, loves what she does and mostly important- she really makes a difference. I have had appointments for a bad back (post baby) and really felt the difference and could not cope without professional help of Life Massage.Additionaly Michelle's personality adds to the experience, you really feel well looked after holistically! Michelle is great at ironing out the knots you didn't know you had, as well sorting out injuries/strains. Michelle will listen to your comments, do her own investigations, and will discuss a treatment plan before commencing. Very knowledgeable, professional, caring and thorough.
