Cotswold Gloucester BMW

An efficient dealer and very friendly, but how can a chain adjustment not be part of a service, and be asked to pay £21.00 for a few minuets work. No blame to the dealer but come on BMW, don't be to money grubbing. I am on my tenth new BMW and this will very likely be my last.

My 2015 520d M Sport developed an EGR fault on our way back from South Cerney on 01 February 2017, we dropped into Cotswold BMW in Cole Avenue and spoke to Craig. He advised that the car could not be driven and ordered the parts expecting them the next day from Germany if the logistics did their job". Just had exchange airbag as they after years can been foulty , lack of proffesional all my inside what is cream has a lots of dirt shoes marks everywhere inside . Just mantion last year they change my passager side one and after that i must pay to my mechanic to fix airbag light because was on after few miles and they said its not they fault but before everything was ok .

I have used Cotswold Gloucester BMW (Cole Ave.) twice, never again. They serviced my Z4 and over-filled the oil by at least 1 litre, which can cause irreversable engine damage. As a result I have doubts that the other servicing work was carried out correctly (shimmed valve clearances for example). The following year they failed the same car's MOT on headlights. One light supposedly came on slightly later than the other (it was barely noticable, less than 0.2 seconds difference). Fault finding was going to start at £100, but could have been substantially more and then any parts and labour on top. The bill could have been over £1000 for a pointless repair, as I took the car to second garage that passed it, even after discussing the previous fail. I would have gone through the VOSA procedure to get the car reinspected, which could have penalised this garage if found in my favour, but I didn't have the time to go through the process.I will never use this dealer again, even for parts or accessories.

Greedy loses twice. I phoned up Cotswold Motorrad to ask if they could fit for me a new rear tire, which I already bought from Oponeo. I was shocked to find out that this would not be possible. They explained, that they had a company policy in place allowing them to install only stuff bought from them. I'm disgusted and really disappointed, BMW. Selling new bikes yes, helping the customer no. I'm getting a new GS Adventure towards the end of the year - but for sure not from Cotswold Motorrad. And by the time I do, I still have warranty services to do, but for sure also not there.

Always friendly, professional service in all my dealings with the motorbike side of the dealership. They have the largest range of BMW bikes and clothing for at least a hundred miles.

Very bad service, phone to enquirer for the part been told is in stock when came in they never had any, order the part when arrived next day went to pick up turns that they order wrong and they had right one in stock! What a waste of time money and petrol!!! Never heard any apology or whatever. Do Not Recomend to any one!!!

Got my first car here, a BMW! Brilliant help from the rep, car was driven down from Hereford the very next day!Staff were very happy to help me find the right car for me :) will be getting all servicing for my car done here!
